Abstract
Modern artistic discourse is characterized by a mixture of styles, due to the pragmatics of the text. Text researchers actively use the term “hybridity” when considering the content and form of a literary text. The novel of the modern French writer A. Makin “the French will” is characterized by a complex composition, in which there is a mixture of styles necessary for the author to create an objective perception of the French picture of the world.
