Abstract

The author substantiates the relevance of semantically logical emphasis transfer as an integral part of translation communication skills formation. The article makes attempts to demonstrate the importance of semantic accentuation as a key component of choosing a legal translation strategy. Finally, the conclusion is made about the use of lexical, grammatical and terminological cross-cultural and individual linguistic components of semantic emphasis in the formation of translation communication skills in legal translation discourse.
