The article deals with the problem of employment in the fashion industry in Russia. The purpose of the study is the problems of identifying and including in the official list of occupations of the activities of “models”, “CRM-managers”, “fashion coaches” and “visual merchandisers”, legal regulation and the risks of these activities. As the main sources of legal regulation of the activities of the models, the authors considered model contracts and releases, and also considered other types of activities.
