Abstract
Development of creativity of undergraduates and their willingness to innovate, as the accumulated teaching experience, promotes the use of forms and methods of training, have the greatest relevance, such as: interactive, problem, problem-tasking, interactive methods. Investigation of the conditions of creative development of the personality of a student associated with the analysis of specific features, structures, features and technologies make it ready for innovation. A factor of a student readiness for innovation is the need for transformation, improving its educational activities through indirect relevance to the profession received.
