Abstract

The article deals with the question of the attribute of emergence as a result of changes in structural units at different levels of the language system. It is noted that the dynamic processes that occur in the language system affect the language construct. The result of these processes are changes or a qualitative effect, manifested in the emergence attribute of the language system as a whole. The article provides some examples, which indicate that the language system undergoes changes only after these changes become a stable feature at the level of system units of the language. The dynamic changes taking place in the language predict not only the enrichment of the units of the language system, they also affect the construct of the language, as a result of which the emergence of the language system as a whole is manifested.
