The socio-economic and biospheric crisis that exists at the moment of historical development clearly indicates those systemic, sometimes contradictory problems that the existing methodology and theory are unable to resolve. This suggests that the methods and techniques that are being introduced into socio-economic practice are not based on the appropriate necessary theories and methodology. It is obvious that they do not adequately reflect the practice of life and those socio-economic processes that actually take place in society. This happens for at least two reasons: either due to the real ignorance of scientists and managers of various levels, acting on the basis of the information that is formed for them and located in this culture that satisfies their moral state; or for a clear purposeful intent that does not correspond to the goals of the whole society.
