Abstract

This article is a report delivered at the conference “Learning Polish in Russia and the Russian Language in Poland: Experience, Problems, Prospects” (May 20, 2021). This article deals with the issues of preservation and development of the culture of ethnic groups, interpersonal communication in the context of the transformation of Russian society, factors of regulation of cultural life and relationships in general.
