Improving the quality of service in the hotel service

Abstract
The article raises the question of a number of problems and shortcomings that can be found in hotel enterprises in Ufa. The condition of the hotel and the range of services provided are evaluated. To create the most complete picture of staying at this hotel, the level of service and comfort, we reviewed and analyzed the reviews on the reservation website, such as Booking.com. As a result of the study, some problems and shortcomings in the provided service of the hotel were identified.
