Abstract

The article considers the problem of managing innovative development in Russia, namely, the need for transformation of domestic institutional structure for managing scientific and technological development is discussed. Foreign experience is presented with the aim of identifying effective institutions and institutional mechanisms for the interaction of science with the real sector of the economy, which can act as exemplary for the Russian economy.
