Abstract


This article is devoted to the development of a technology for the preparation of a biological preparation based on the strain of bacteria of the genus Bacillus subtilis. In the course of the study, the growth dynamics of bacterial populations was studied. Every two hours, pH, titer, antagonistic activity of the culture liquid was determined. The stability of titre, antagonistic activity in the time interval up to 4 years of storage is monitored.
