Abstract


The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the introduction of elective disciplines on physical culture in the curricula of specialties and directions of the Bashkir State University in accordance with the GEF VO to ensure the physical readiness of the students, including the professionally applied nature, and the level of physical readiness for the performance of physical fitness standards. It is shown that classes on elective courses assume a consistent and detailed methodological explanation of the technique of performing physical exercises and the subsequent effect, enabling trainees to track these effects together with the teacher and independently, including assessing their body’s condition and performance in the course of the lesson.
