Abstract
The present article is aimed at studying the courtroom discourse. This phenomenon is considered from the point of view of cognitive approach as a form of language manifestation to express special mentality. The article presents the conclusions drawn on the basis of studying the material of the texts of court decisions. The specific concepts have been discovered and their hierarchy is described. The examples of unique features of the studied language code used in the texts of court decisions that were generated during professional communication, are given.
