Abstract
It has been studied the effect of non-ionic polymer N-polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) on the stability of negatively and positively charged micelles magnesium hydroxide sol in the preparation of polymer-colloidal dispersions in aqueous media. Shown, that significant contribution to the formation of polymer-colloid complexes on the basis of a non-ionic polymer micelles and PVP sols of magnesium hydroxide makes specific adsorption, and possibly hydrophobic interactions. It has been established that the presence of PVP macromolecules in sol leads to the unequivocal increase its stability.
