Abstract
This article considers constructions consisting of two nouns, one of which plays the role of an adjective. Expansion of the range of adjectives with a qualitative-evaluative meaning often occurs due to nouns, since it is not always possible to form an adjective from a particular noun. The number of adjectival nouns is constantly growing, replenishing the language with expressive elements.
