Abstract
The dynamics of two runoff factors - the reserves of the water in the snow and the depth of soil freezing are considered in the paper. The graphs of cyclic oscillations of investigating elements in the manyyears cut are compiled by the methods of the difference - integral curves. The main tendention of the variation of the investigating degrees values are pointed. The temporary phases of the maximal and minimal values with respect to every runoff factors are allocated. The trend, observed in the present time - comeback to the minimal values variables is pointed. It is revealed, that the similar tendention is characterized for the all considered territory.
