Abstract

The rod with a longitudinal rectangular cut which passes not on all length of a beam is considered. The cut represents crack model. It is shown that location of the beginning of a cut of the rod can be determined by one natural frequency of longitudinal oscillations single-digit. The appropriate example of the decision of this reverse task is given.
