Abstract

The study of the ratio of erythrocyte and serum cortisol transport in the blood of healthy donors and insulin independent diabetes mellitus patients was curried out. It was supposed, that the predominance of erythrocyte bound form of cortisol is a result of the need of detoxication of it’s high levels in the blood.
