Abstract

Russia in matters of quasi-States legitimation in the post-Soviet space have an important role to play. It officially proclaimed course on support compatriots abroad, and interaction with our compatriots living in unrecognized States is an integral part of this policy. Russia therefore carries its burden of responsibility for the situation in the conflict regions: it acts as a guarantor country of the negotiating processes and keeps the peacekeepers on dividing lines.
