Abstract


The preparation of experts in the conditions of bilingual requires a high level of assimilation of the second language. The consideration of innovative approaches to learning the Russian language, comparative-typological approach to the supply of linguistic material, reliance on regional component in the practice of teaching Russian language and culture of speech will increase the efficiency of the whole process of the learning of bilingual-students.
