Abstract

The article examines the problem of enterprise costs and options for optimizing costs on the example of BPO Progress JSC. The types of costs of the enterprise, the reasons for their occurrence and methods of managing economic costs are analyzed. A risk map is considered as one of the methods of managing economic costs used at enterprises.
