Abstract

The subject of research in this scientific article is the study of state bodies for the protection and implementation of fundamental rights and interests of man and citizen in the context of globalization. The main purpose of the scientific article is to determine the place and role of bodies to assist in the protection of human rights. The result of the study of the issues raised in the article was the analysis of state bodies for the protection and protection of human rights directly in the Russian Federation.
