The article deals with topical issues of preservation, revival and development of traditional national and ethnic culture, briefly describes the experience of teachers and students of the faculty of technology of the Sibai Institute (branch) of the Bashkir state University for the study of Bashkir national culture in the creative and technological laboratory on the example of the national Bashkir costume and jewelry.
