Abstract

In this study we present the data of a comparative analysis of strains-destructors of chloroaromatic compounds isolated from a population of soil microorganisms exposed to the long-term effects of petrochemical production in the Republic of Bashkortostan. PCR analysis of the destructors was performed using primers proposed by B. Hendrickx et al. to detect the conserved regions of the tbmD gene. It has been established that in the genome of Achromobacter sp. 36P, there is a similar gene encoding mono-oxygenase tbmD , while its homologs are absent in representatives of the genera Agromyces, Cellulosimicrobium, Gluconobacter, Pseudomonas and Rhodococcus . The results of the work reveal the genetic diversity of bacteria and expand the possibility of using microorganisms to maintain the quality of the environment in the technosphere.
