Abstract

The article provides a conceptual justification for the study of the socio-labor sphere as a “reproductive core” of a person as an employee and subject of social and labor relations. A number of refinements and methodological remarks were made regarding the content and system connectivity of the component composition of the socio-labor sphere of the region, the choice of criteria for assessing its condition for constructing parametric models of varying complexity, evaluation stages, methodological support for research and organization of monitoring of the socio-labor sphere.
