Abstract
This article deals with the construction, operating principle and modernization of the test device, which provides an assessment of hydraulic resistance and thermal efficiency to various prototypes of heat exchangers. Modernization of the existing test device was carried out in order to improve its technical level and operational parameters - accuracy of measurements, safety of operation, ease of installation and dismantling. The performed work on modernization of the test device allowed eliminating the influence of certain factors on the correctness of the final experimental data.
