Abstract
The article is concerned with legal regulation of security deposit, it is a novel of the civil law. Issues about using security deposit in the business orbit are being discussed in the present article. It is necessary to notice than there are a lot of legal precedents were investigated. In addition the legal nature of security deposit was identified. Besides question about calculation of legal and penalty interest to the security deposit sum was investigated.
