Abstract

The article raises the problems of deficiencies that are in hotel enterprises. Ufa. The condition of the hotel An analysis of the problems frequently encountered among guests of this hotel was carried out. As a result of the research, practical recommendations were given to minimize and eliminate the identified problems in order to provide quality service.
