In accordance with the morphological and physiological unity of the human body needs regular satisfaction of his basic needs, which is achieved in the conditions of functioning of the cluster services of life support of the population of the region, which includes a combination of state, municipal market and public services. The author notes that there is a differentiation of the quality of services for their provision and consumption, and traces the impact of services on the energy state of the human body and, as a consequence, the implementation of activities in the economic sphere of life, increasing the gross regional product and gross national product of the country, the speakers (in relation to GDP) as an important component in calculating the international index of human development.
