Industrial tourism as a priority type of tourism is indicated in the Strategy for the Development of Tourism of the Russian Federation, the state standard of the Russian Federation for industrial tourism has been adopted. The Agency for Strategic Initiatives of the Russian Federation oversees this type of tourism, offers instructions for its implementation to the regions of the country, and launched an online industrial tourism guide. The regularities of the geography of industrial tourism in the Russian Federation are considered, complexes and types of industrial tourism for the Republic of Bashkortostan are proposed.
