Abstract

This article deals with the peculiarities of the lexical-semantic field of emotive expressions of fear in the English language. The author describes the principles of the integration of lexical notions into a group in order to conduct the linguistic research. The given semantic field is further structured according to the analysis of the meaning of lexical units.
