Abstract
In this work, we studied the effect of magnesium hydroxide nanoparticles on the ultrastructural characteristics of the duodenum of rats. The work was performed on male rats of the Non-linear albino line, which were orally injected with magnesium hydroxide nanoparticles at a dose of 50 mg/kg for 14 days. It was found that after the introduction of magnesium hydroxide nanoparticles, the morphometric and morphofunctional characteristics of goblet cells and epithelial cells of the duodenal wall of the experimental group decreased.
