Abstract

In this article, the family is considered as the main value for the state and society, as well as issues relating to its constitutional and legal consolidation. Special attention is paid to the legal regulation of such elements as fatherhood, motherhood and childhood. The constitutional, rights and obligations of a person for a family are analyzed.
