Abstract
In this paper the effect of cytostatic drug doxorubicin, which has anti-tumor activity, on the expression level of the aryl-hydrocarbyl receptor target genes CYP1A1, CYP1A2, and CYP1B in human cell cultures of tumor and non-tumor origin was studied. It was shown that there is no noticeable effect of doxorubicin on the level of their expression.
