Abstract

In the article the authors study the transformations in governing state peasants of the Southern Urals as a result of P. D. Kiselyov’s reforms: the formation of Orenburg Board (Palata) of state estates, of district management, of instituting district (volost) and rural bodies of peasant self-reign.
